Accommodation
The apartment is situated in a pretty little courtyard within the west wing of this lovely Jacobean house. It is all on one level except for one step in the kitchen. The apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard with good quality fixture and fittings used throughout. The tasteful kitchen comes complete with electric oven and hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is a WC and shower room off the hall which in turn leads into an attractive sitting/dining room that can accommodate four people. The pleasant double bedroom has twin beds has its own en suite bathroom.

Local Information
Godinton House was built in the 14th century has been occupied ever since. Over the years many beautiful treasures have been collected to give the house a wonderful eclectic and individual feel. The gardens too reflect the love and care of successive owners, with the formal yew hedges, topiary and lawns having been designed in the 1890's. The Wild Garden, Italian Garden and 18th century Walled Garden all combine to make Godinton a wonderful place to stay.

The town of Ashford is 2 miles away and the City of Canterbury 15. There is also a wealth of pretty Kent villages just waiting to be explored within a short drive in all directions.

Services
The oil-fired central heating is included in the rent in winter and there is one parking space available 75 yards from the front door, with another one further away. It is regretted that no pets or smokers are accepted at the property.
